Spacious 3 bed / 2.5 bath for up to 6 guests, with a private panoramic ocean terrace on the third level. Level one holds a WC, kitchen, laundry, living room and a BBQ terrace; level two holds the three bedrooms, one of them en-suite, plus a second bathroom.

The complex has a year-round outdoor pool, sun terrace, sauna and gym. Parking is free and there is plenty of it in front of the building.

Playa de Ajabo is about 12 minutes on foot. HiperDino Express, SuperDiplo and a pharmacy sit on Calle el Jable. The whole area runs quieter than the big Costa Adeje resorts. TFS is about 26 km — 25 to 30 minutes.
